This Society is a primary Housing Co-operative Society and a project of the West Bengal Housing Board situated at East Kolkata Township Project - Phase-II, E.M. Byepass, Kolkata - 107, bearing Regn. No. 18/CMAH of 1992 dated 21.07.1992, under W.B.C.S. Act XIV of 1983. This Housing Project consists of 21 Blocks, each block having 16 units, 4 storied buildings - 11 Block 'A' type having 176 units and 10 Blocks 'B' type having 160 units - total being 336 units. This Housing Complex has been constructed by the West Bengal Housing Board, Govt. of W.B. on an area of 3.466 acres, out of total land of 9.340 acres.
